We’re looking for a manager to join our growing Supply Chain & Operations Consulting team within EY Belgium. You will play a key role in building our new ServiceNow alliance and delivering impactful client projects across Belgium. If you are passionate about driving digital transformation and have hands-on experience with ServiceNow (especially ITSM and at least one other domain such as Risk, HR, CRM, or Supply Chain), this role offers the opportunity to make a real impact.

What You’ll Do

As a manager, you will work alongside clients to deliver ServiceNow-enabled transformation projects. You will lead and contribute to project teams focused on:

  • Implementing ServiceNow solutions
  • Designing and optimizing service management and operational processes
  • Advising clients on best practices for ServiceNow adoption and integration
  • Managing stakeholder relationships and ensuring project delivery excellence
  • Supporting business development, knowledge sharing, and coaching junior colleagues

Our projects involve working closely with local and international clients. We value managers who understand the regional business environment and can build strong relationships with stakeholders.

What You Bring

We are looking for someone who combines strong analytical skills with a hands-on mindset and a collaborative spirit. Ideal candidates will bring:

  • A master’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in ServiceNow implementation (industry or consulting)
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM and at least one other domain (e.g., IT, Risk, HR, CRM, Finance & Supply Chain)
  • Practical knowledge of service management, process optimization, and digital transformation
  • Fluency in English and either Dutch or French is required. Knowledge of local business culture in Belgium is a strong asset.
  • A proactive, structured, and client-focused approach
  • ServiceNow certifications are a strong plus
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the EU and be based in Belgium, given the client-facing nature of our projects
