Technical Analyst

Your scope of duties:
- Leading or supporting business and system analysis across front, middle, and back-office processes.
- Facilitating workshops with client stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
- Documenting business processes.
- Translating business requirements into functional specifications and system requirements.
- Defining integration interfaces and contributing to the design and testing of API and file-based integrations.
- Planning and executing data migration activities, including mapping, cleansing, enrichment, and reconciliation.
- Participating in system configuration, UAT/SIT cycles, and cutover/dress rehearsal planning.
- Supporting regulatory and compliance-related activities as part of system implementation.

Our requirements:
- Experience in software implementation projects in Agile methodology
- Analytical and documentation skills, including UML, BPMN, and writing functional/technical specs
- Understanding of integration architecture (APIs, messaging, file-based)
- Fluency in English
- Academic degree in IT, Finance, or a related field
- Willingness to travel and/or work in hybrid mode from Warsaw office
- Experience with Low Code/No Code platforms
- Basic programming knowledge to understand technical concepts (e.g. Java Script, Python)
- AI knowledge and experience
- Familiarity with insurance business processes in at least one of the following areas: sales path, claims handling, or billing
