| Role Overview: | We are looking for a digitally savvy Social Media coordinator, with skills in Digital Account-Based Marketing (ABM). This role combines the creativity, digital automation marketing, analytics and key stakeholder management. You will manage our social media calendar and channels, and tech which they run i.e. Hootsuite, coodinate and prepare short and longer social activations with the project team/s, advise BMC on social listening and the latest tools needed for this; provide regular reporting on platform and campaign performance; advise and run paid LinkedIn activations business, products and our spokespeople. Our channels include LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook (and TikTok in time). You will work closely with our Digital Manager who runs ey.com; and report to the Head of Communications. |

- Collaborate on activations, copywriting and creative components where relevant
- Work with marketing automation to support digital account based marketing
- Support the executation of paid campaigns via LinkedIn
- Maintain the social media calendar
- Apply SEO and AIO (AI-driven optimisation) techniques to improve content discoverability and engagement, and work with BMC to ensure keywords are driven end-to-end through content.

| Knowledge and Skill Requirements | - Good grammar and attention to detail
- Proven ability to run multiple paid LinkedIn campaigns concurrently, with strong targeting, reporting, and optimisation skills.
- Understanding of Account-Based Marketing principles and execution (1:1, 1:few, 1:many).
- Experience with Marketo (or a similar marketing automation platform) integrated with a CRM for lead nurturing and campaign management.
- Expertise in social media strategy, content creation, and community engagement for professional audiences.
- Strong command of SEO, AIO, and digital performance analytics.
- Solid understanding of paid media strategy and analytics (LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads.).
- Data-driven mindset, comfortable interpreting campaign metrics and optimising for performance.

| Education: | Some or all of the following: - Social media training
- Communications qualification
- Marketo Certified (or similar) (or other marketing automation platforms like HubSpot)
- LinkedIn Marketing Solutions Certification ( or proven experience)– for paid campaign expertise
- Google Analytics / Google Ads – for measurement and campaign optimisation
Other Notes - Formal degree isn’t strictly necessary if the candidate has proven experience running social media, ABM campaigns, multiple paid LinkedIn campaigns, and social media strategy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are a must.
- Bonus: data analytics or digital tools for campaign performance and AI-driven optimisation.
