We are looking for accomplished, creative individuals who bring rigor, passion and practicality to our growing team across our three areas of focus:
- Business Reinvention - Helping our clients to reimagine, innovate, and mobilize business and operating models by leveraging digital, technology and data.
- Customer Experience - Creating differentiated experiences for people, customers and employees and designing new paths for sustainable value creation and transformation of our clients’ marketing, sales and service organizations
- Transformation Delivery - Implementing transformation through enterprise agile design, product and service management tools
We currently are seeking an experienced Senior consultant in our Business Transformation practice. Our team is focused on helping clients improve business performance and operational efficiency while managing risk. Our teams help clients by delivering assessment, transformation, and process efficiency solutions. We deliver value across the full spectrum of the business including strategic direction, customer and advisor engagement, operations, technology enablement, people and organization change, and program management and execution.
Your key responsibilities
- Collaborate with EY leadership and client teams to plan, design, and deliver solutions for complex business challenges, integrating strategy, operating models, experience design, and execution.
- Lead process mapping and reengineering initiatives to identify inefficiencies and design optimized workflows.
- Contribute to the design of customer experience strategies that enhance engagement and create measurable business value.
- Drive project management activities, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outputs aligned with client priorities.
- Support development of scalable digital solutions and innovative approaches to client issues.
- Participate in business development, including client pitches and proposals.
- Build strong client relationships, manage expectations, and provide insights on industry trends and performance drivers.
- Stay current on digital transformation tools, consulting methodologies, and sector developments.
Skills and attributes for success
- Proven ability in process mapping and process improvement methodologies.
- Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and stakeholder engagement.
- Expertise in customer experience design and operational excellence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Demonstrated consistency in values, principles, and work ethic
- Demonstrated critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze situations, identify and analyze problems, and generate effective solutions
- Structured problem solving, quantitative analysis, and storytelling skills.
What we look for
- A Bachelor's degree in Management, Finance, Business, Design Innovation or a related field. A Master's degree would be considered an asset
- Certifications such as CPA, PMP, Lean Six Sigma, and Agile Design, Scrum (DAVSC, DAC, or equivalent) are highly preferred
- 5-7 years of proven experience in project management, business analysis, process reengineering or process design, innovation and/or transformation consulting
- Sector experience in financial services, telecommunications, manufacturing, oil & gas will be considered an asset
- Ability to interpret complex business data to identify issues and develop solutions.
- Good analytical, report-writing and presentation skills
