Early Careers Talent Attraction and Acquisition Coordinator
The opportunity
As our Early Careers Talent Attraction & Acquisition Coordinator, you’ll join our fun and dynamic team in this varied role that provides support throughout the recruitment cycle to attract and recruit the best student talent to EY.
This role is based in Naarm – Melbourne. Our roles can potentially be adjusted to work flexibly with reduced hours. Please speak with us about potential options.
Your key responsibilities
- Support the Early Careers team across all aspects of recruitment, including the full recruitment lifecycle, program-related tasks, early attraction initiatives, and team events.
- Help prepare for recruitment events by managing student registrations and coordinating logistics for both virtual and in-person events. This includes setting up log-in links, booking rooms, organising catering, sending calendar invitations, and preparing name badges and event schedules.
- Take ownership of candidate and stakeholder communications, sharing approved marketing materials to promote events with external partners such as universities and student societies.
- Assist with quality and risk management by handling candidate adjustment requests and reviewing right-to-work documentation.
- Represent EY at recruitment events on campus, at EY offices, and virtually. Some events may take place outside standard working hours.
- Manage candidate applications for early identification programs using our recruitment system, ensuring a smooth process and delivering an exceptional candidate experience throughout the selection stages.

- A confident communicator with excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
- The ability to build relationships and work as part of a team, be adaptable and skilled at managing multiple priorities.
- Ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced, complex environment.
Ideally, you’ll also have the skills and attributes below but don’t worry if you don’t tick all the boxes. We’re interested in your aptitude, attitude and willingness to learn.
- Experience in a campus or student recruitment environment
- Previous experience in high volume recruitment support or marketing role
- Ability to be agile and support teams remotely in other locations
- Ability to work with ambiguity
