The opportunity

As one of our market-leading Reward team’s legal advisers you’ll work alongside our executive remuneration, total reward, transaction and tax specialists on employee equity plan and remuneration related legal and governance projects. We advise major ASX-listed groups as well as early-stage businesses and established private companies on all aspects of employee and executive reward.

This is a hybrid position based in either Naarm – Melbourne or Warrang – Sydney. Our roles can potentially be adjusted to work flexibly with reduced hours. Please speak with us about potential options.

Your key responsibilities

  • Helping clients design and successfully implement equity-based incentive plans, drafting plan documents and providing legal / regulatory advice
  • Supporting on a range of legal and governance ‘head office’ advice including AGMs, executive appointments and terminations, and Corporations Act / Listing Rule compliance
  • Supporting junior members of the team develop their legal expertise.

Skills and attributes for success

  • Experience gained in a consulting, law firm or other professional services organisation
  • Strong legal advisory and drafting skills, ideally with some experience in the area of corporate law, governance and employee equity plans
  • Excellent time and people management capabilities.
