The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Delivery Manager and Technical Lead to oversee Application Managed Services (AMS) for our insurance clients, with a primary focus on service delivery excellence and a secondary focus on technical depth in policy administration platforms such as Verisk FAST.

This individual will lead a global onsite/offshore team, ensuring reliable, efficient, and high-quality operations across production support, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate combines strong delivery governance, client relationship management, and technical depth, driving stability and transformation across the insurance technology landscape.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day AMS operations, SLAs, incidents, and problem management
  • Manage cross-platform coordination and vendor dependencies
  • Govern change, release, and environment management for production stability
  • Lead service reviews, reporting, and stakeholder communications
  • Manage demand intake for service requests and minor enhancements

Skills and Attributes for Success:

  • Insurance Annuity industry knowledge
  • Technical expertise on core insurance platforms such as policy administration (e.g., FAST), eApplication (Hexure), portals, etc.
  • ITIL-based service management and multi-vendor coordination
  • Proven ability to manage offshore/onshore delivery models
  • Excellent communication, escalation, and stakeholder management skills

To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in Policy Administration Systems, with a focus on Verisk FAST.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Lead or Solution Architect, with a strong background in FAST configuration and testing.
  • 3+ years of experience managing large-scale engagements, including resourcing, budgeting, and client relationship management.
  • Experience leading medium to large teams spanning across onsite and offshore.
  • Strong understanding of the insurance industry, particularly in policy administration and related processes.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet client requirements.

Ideally, You’ll Also Have:

  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
  • Familiarity with other policy administration systems such as FINEOS AdminSuite, ALIP, or Majesco.
  • Experience in business development, including proposal writing and client presentations.
  • Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) or relevant technical certifications.

  • We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $86,600 to $197,800. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $103,900 to $224,700. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
  • Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
