The team includes workstreams like, Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Mobility, Compensation and benefit and enabling functions like HR systems, Operations, People Data Reporting and Analytics. They also leverage our global strength and scalability to drive HR-related technology, projects and processes that allow EY to deliver against the changing requirements to enable success. Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

  • Job Title: Well-being Manager – EY India Reports to: Chief Well-being Officer, EY India Location: PAN India (Hybrid) Department: Talent / Health & Well-being Role Summary As the Well-being Manager at EY India, you will play a pivotal role in advancing the EY Cares framework, which places human well-being at the core of performance, culture, and leadership. Reporting to the Chief Well-being Officer, you will co-lead the design, implementation, and measurement of EY’s signature well-being initiatives including the Well-being Ally Program, Well-being Index, and Well-being Hub. This role combines strategic execution, program management, data insights, and stakeholder engagement to build a workplace where care is operationalised through behaviour, design, and leadership accountability. Key Responsibilities Strategic Execution Support the rollout of the EY Cares framework across all service lines, integrating physical, mental, social, and financial well-being into business and talent priorities. Operationalise the Well-being Index and Well-being Hub, ensuring adoption, data accuracy, and measurable behavioural outcomes. Embed well-being metrics within engagement surveys, talent scorecards, and leadership KPIs to track organisational progress. Program Design and Delivery Co-create and manage high-impact well-being campaigns, thematic months, and Leadership Labs focused on empathy, resilience, and trust. Partner with internal and external experts to deliver evidence-based programs and interventions aligned with the EY Cares pillars. Strengthen and expand the Well-being Ally Program, building a network of trained allies who champion mental health and inclusion at all levels. Risk and Crisis Management Support implementation of the High-Risk Well-being Playbook, coordinating with HR, EAP providers, and healthcare partners to ensure timely support and escalation. Maintain strict confidentiality, compliance, and ethical standards while managing sensitive employee cases. Analytics and Measurement Analyse and report on key metrics from the Well-being Index and other engagement tools to identify trends, risk factors, and improvement areas. Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for leaders and the Chief Well-being Officer. Contribute to quarterly and annual reporting on well-being outcomes and impact. Stakeholder Engagement and Communication Collaborate with Service Line and regional well-being champions to drive participation and consistency across geographies. Partner with Talent Brand and Corporate Communications to design internal campaigns that humanise and amplify the well-being narrative. Support storytelling and data-led communication around the EY Cares initiatives and the firm’s leadership in workplace well-being. Skills and Experience Essential 8–12 years of experience in corporate health & well-being, HR, culture, or organisation development roles. Proven expertise in executing well-being programs or leadership culture initiatives. Strong program management, data analysis, and stakeholder communication capabilities. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and influence senior stakeholders. Preferred Background in psychology, behavioural science, HR, or occupational health. Certifications in mindfulness, coaching, mental health first aid, or resilience training. Experience managing digital health tools, dashboards, or employee engagement analytics. Attributes Empathetic, analytical, and purpose-driven leader with a deep commitment to employee well-being. Capable of balancing strategy with execution and handling sensitive matters with maturity and discretion. Passionate about embedding care, trust, and resilience as business capabilities. Qualification

  • Master of Arts in Psychology
  • Bachelor of Business Administration

Experience

  • HR Operations (4+ years)
