Role: SAP FPSL Manager

Job Purpose:
To lead and manage the successful delivery of SAP Financial Products Subledger (FPSL) implementation projects, ensuring alignment with client business goals, regulatory requirements (e.g., IFRS17/IFRS9), and SAP best practices.

As an SAP FPSL Manager, you will:

• Lead end-to-end FPSL implementations including planning, solution design, delivery, and stakeholder management.
• Engage with senior client stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into scalable FPSL solutions.
• Oversee functional and technical teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to project timelines.
• Drive solution architecture for FPSL, including SDL, RDL, CVPM, and integration with SAP S/4HANA or other systems.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS17 and IFRS9, guiding teams on GMM, PAA, and VFA measurement models.
• Mentor and develop consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
• Support pre-sales and proposal development, contributing to solutioning and client presentations.

• Strong leadership in SAP FPSL solution architecture and delivery.
• Deep expertise in IFRS17 (GMM, PAA, VFA) and IFRS9 accounting standards.
• Proven experience in SAP FPSL or sAFI/Bank Analyzer/Insurance Analyzer.
• In-depth knowledge of Master Data Framework, SDL, RDL, CVPM, and FPSL data models.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and working in global delivery models.
• At least 2 full-cycle FPSL implementations in a leadership role.

• Understanding of financial services industry processes, especially in insurance and banking.
• Strong stakeholder management and client engagement capabilities.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to drive change management and training initiatives for client teams.
