Digital Factory - Digital Value Office Lead – Associate Director
The Digital Value Office Lead is responsible for overseeing the Digital Value Office, driving operational excellence, governance, and delivery transparency across all digital initiatives. This role leads the development and implementation of frameworks, standards, and processes that enable scalable, efficient, and value-driven delivery. The Digital Value Office Lead partners with business, technology, and leadership teams to ensure alignment with enterprise strategy, foster continuous improvement, and maximize the impact of digital investments.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Digital Value Office, setting the vision and strategy for operational excellence and value realization across digital programs.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve governance frameworks, delivery standards, and reporting processes for the Digital Factory.
- Oversee portfolio-level reporting, risk management, and performance tracking to provide clear visibility of project health and outcomes.
- Coordinate resource planning, onboarding, and performance management across teams and service streams.
- Facilitate cadence rituals such as quarterly planning, retrospectives, and delivery reviews to maintain operational rhythm and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure alignment with enterprise delivery models, including onshore, nearshore, and offshore approaches.
- Serve as a key liaison between engineering, product, and leadership teams to promote transparency and effective communication.
- Drive adoption of standardized templates, tools, and best practices to enhance operational efficiency and governance.
- Oversee support handover coordination and ensure seamless transitions to operational teams.
- Monitor delivery health, gather feedback, and implement process enhancements to maximize business value.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital operations, PMO leadership, or delivery management within a technology-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of governance frameworks, portfolio management, and delivery metrics.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive operational excellence.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with resource planning, performance tracking, and operational reporting.
- Ability to foster a culture of continuous improvement and value realization.
