As a Digital Factory - Digital Value Officer - Intern, you will support the operational backbone of our Digital Factory, helping teams deliver efficiently and transparently. This internship offers hands-on experience in modern delivery practices, governance, and process optimization within a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

What You’ll Do

• Assist in creating and improving delivery governance templates and tools.
• Help coordinate reporting and risk tracking to provide visibility on project health.
• Support onboarding and resource planning for teams and service streams.
• Participate in planning sessions, retrospectives, and delivery reviews.
• Learn how to align with enterprise delivery models (onshore, nearshore, offshore).
• Act as a communication bridge between product, engineering, and leadership teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by gathering feedback and insights.
• Assist with license and support handover coordination for digital tools.

What We’re Looking For

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, Operations, or related field.
• Interest in digital operations, PMO, or delivery management.
• Curiosity about governance frameworks and delivery metrics.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, agile environment.
• A mindset for continuous learning and process improvement.
