Enterprise Risk - helps clients identify and address key risk areas, while building the agility to respond quickly. The areas of focus include Enterprise risk and resilience, Internal audit, Compliance and Internal controls
Technology Risk - helps clients to achieve sustainable growth by supporting their efforts to protect their business performance and by providing trusted communications on internal control and regulatory compliance to investors, management, regulators, customers and other stakeholders. EY teams accomplish this by assessing the technology risks that are introduced to businesses.
Financial Services Risk - helps clients in the financial sector to identify, manage and monitor the risks in their business. It is done through a transformative and agile approach including process and procedures, risk, data modeling and analytics, reporting to stakeholders and third parties, business requirements (for software selection and IT implementation), analysis of assets and liabilities, and capital and liquidity management.
Your key responsibilities
Technical Excellence
- Profile responsibilities Designation: Analysts – Quality GCC Location: Bangalore /Pune / Mumbai Work profile: Quality and Risk management We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive team member to join Consulting SL Quality team. The candidate will be responsible for the profile reviews for the onboarded candidates on the client engts in compliance with the EY India Quality guidance. The candidate will also be required to work on a range of reviews for compliance and risk management on EY’s GCC sector related consulting engagements for clients. Assist with Quality operations:
- Review and monitoring - Participate in conducting thorough reviews of employee profiles to ensure compliance with EY guidance - Additionally, Review the engagement set-ups under India Consulting practice and assist in evaluating the compliance for them, from firm’s policies and guidance perspective - Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding and compliance processes. - Maintain accurate records and documentation related to employee reviews and onboarding. - Provide timely updates and reports to management on review statuses and onboarding processes. - Tracking the consolidated status of the same for the allocated partners/SMUs (prior experience of Contract reading is a must) - Connect with the assigned EPs on the monthly basis to discuss and track their progress on Quality KPI - Monitor the team-members on assigned segment and ensure completion of Quality KPis
- Consultation and specific support - Assisting with timely consultations, as required, by client-serving professionals - Action on the responses received for the set-up related queries raised by the candidate Other activities / support - Maintaining and providing consolidated updates for each of the above activities - assistance on ad-hoc job activities as required from time to time - Timely escalation, as and when required, to ensure adherence to defined timelines and to highlight any other critical issues as and when identified Desired Skills: - Self-starter and innovative - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. - Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities. - Proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong sense of perseverance. - Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance. - Previous experience in a quality assurance or onboarding role is a plus. - Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Time management skills with a focus on fast turnaround times. - Work Planning and Management - Candidates regulatory or operational risk management quals and experience would be desired / given preference Education: - Bachlor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience ________________________________________
