Job Description – Manager – Risk Transformation – ServiceNow Business Analyst

Job Summary

As a Manager – Risk Transformation, you will lead ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) technology engagements, driving strategic initiatives and delivering high-impact solutions. You will be responsible for translating complex business needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions, managing client relationships, and mentoring teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Client Responsibilities

  • Lead client engagements focused on ServiceNow GRC implementations and advisory.
  • Translate customer needs into strategic business and technology solutions.
  • Conduct stakeholder workshops, capture user requirements, and drive solution design.
  • Develop and validate user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
  • Architect best-practice ServiceNow GRC solutions aligned with business goals.
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects, Technical Leads, and Development teams to ensure feasibility and alignment.
  • Manage project risks, communication plans, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Deliver high-quality documentation, reports, and client presentations.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Oversee planning, execution, and monitoring of project deliverables.
  • Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to project teams.
  • Ensure timely status reporting to leadership and client stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel to client locations or other EY offices as needed.

People Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of analysts and consultants across multiple engagements.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Coach and mentor team members on ServiceNow GRC capabilities and delivery excellence.
  • Uphold and promote organizational policies and professional standards.

Mandatory Skills

  • 7–12 years of experience in GRC tools, with a strong focus on ServiceNow GRC/IRM.
  • Proven expertise in ServiceNow modules such as: Policy and Compliance Management, Risk Management, Vendor Risk Management, Business Continuity, Audit Management.
  • Experience leading 5+ end-to-end ServiceNow GRC advisory or implementation engagements.
  • Strong understanding of risk management frameworks, including InfoSec, BCM, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in delivery and client management at a managerial level.
  • Conduct gap analysis and maturity assessments to identify areas of improvement in client GRC processes.
  • Support pre-sales activities including proposal development, client presentations, and solution demonstrations.
  • Facilitate change management and adoption strategies for ServiceNow GRC implementations.
  • Ensure alignment of ServiceNow GRC solutions with enterprise architecture and IT strategy.
  • Monitor and evaluate project performance metrics to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Preferred Skills

  • Consulting experience in GRC domain with Big 4 or Tier-1 IT/ITeS firms.
  • Familiarity with SDLC and agile delivery methodologies.
  • Experience conducting client workshops and training sessions.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to drive transformation initiatives.
  • Educational background: B.E/B.Tech (CS, Electronics, Telecom), MBA, or M.Sc.

Certifications (Preferred)

  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – GRC/IRM
  • Additional certifications in Archer, MetricStream, IBM OpenPages (optional)
