As an Assistant, you will work on various projects where different industries in which EY is acknowledged as a market leader: Financial Services, Energy & Utilities, Oil & Gas, Government & Public Sector, Telecommunications, Media & Entertaintment, Diversified Industrial Products, Automotive, Health, Retail and Consumer Products, Technology, Real Estate and etc.

We are seeking for a high performing Consultant to join our Financial Services Risk Management focusing on Banking sector.

The opportunity: your next adventure awaits

Serve as an integral member of an engagement team by supporting many aspects of client advisory projects. Develop your personal and business skills and embrace technical excellence by working on challenging projects with some of the most well-known financial institutions as well as through our extensive learning and development programs.

Advise clients on a number of credit risk related topics. These areas include:

• Credit risk modelling and validation
• Quantitative methods and tools supporting credit risk measurement,
• IFRS 9, Basel IV, BRSA guidelines and other regulatory requreiments,
• Climate related financial risks
• Credit decision support system design & implementation
• Credit policy development and process enhancement,
• Credit risk monitoring and early warning systems,
• Credit risk measurement (asset and portfolio level),Stress testing and impact analysis
• Regulatory reporting

What we look for:

• A relevant university degree, preferably in finance, mathematics, statistics, economics, engineering, data science or a related disciplin
• New Graduate or 1 year experience in financial risk management area
• Experience in top tier consulting firms or banks is an asset
• High level motivation to develop or sustain a career in Banking and Capital Markets as a consultant
• Excellent written/verbal communication and reporting skills in Turkish and in English
• Broad consulting and project management skills including strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in using MS Office applications
• Experience on data management, statistics and modelling programs (R, Python, SQL etc.) is a plus
