The Opportunity
We are creating an AI & Data Hub at EY-Parthenon Portugal, designed to serve countries across the Europe West region and accelerate the adoption of advanced analytics and AI solutions.
As a Data Analyst, you will play a key role in this strategic initiative by transforming data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions for our clients. Working within a dynamic and collaborative environment, you will support the development of dashboards, reports, and exploratory analyses that help organizations navigate complex challenges and identify growth opportunities.
Your key responsibilities
- Build dashboards and reports to track KPIs and AI performance.
- Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover trends and anomalies.
- Support decision-making with clear, data-driven insights.
- Prepare datasets for modeling and ensure data quality.
- Communicate findings effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
To qualify for this role, you must have
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or other related.
- 3–5 years of experience in data analysis roles, preferably in consulting or dynamic environments.
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to perform exploratory analysis and identify trends.
- Competence in preparing clean, structured datasets for modeling.
- Clear reporting and storytelling skills for business stakeholders.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
