The Opportunity

We are creating an AI & Data Hub at EY-Parthenon Portugal, designed to serve countries across the Europe West region and accelerate the adoption of advanced analytics and AI solutions.

As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping innovative digital products and technology solutions that drive transformation for our clients. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to define product vision, build roadmaps, and deliver solutions that create measurable business value. Your key responsibilities

• Prioritize AI initiatives based on impact, feasibility, and strategic goals.
• Manage product backlog and roadmap to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate activation activities: communication, onboarding, and support.
• Align product development with business requirements and client expectations.
• Monitor adoption and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.

To qualify for this role, you must have

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Data Science, or related fields.
• +5 years of proven experience in product management, preferably in a digital or technological context.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Familiarity with product management tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello).
• Ability to interpret data and make insight-driven decisions.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
