Are you interested in discovering how the HR world works in practice – from recruitment to employer branding? Would you like to gain firsthand experience and be part of a team that focuses on people rather than just paperwork?

We are looking for a student eager to explore the HR world from the inside to strengthen our Talent Team in Bratislava. As an HR intern, you will have a backstage look into all areas – from recruitment and employer branding to administration and internal project support.

Your key responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Talent Team
• Actively participate in the recruitment/selection process (posting job ads, preselecting suitable candidate profiles, conducting telephone screening, sending out tests, and coordinating in-person interviews)
• Assist with the administration of employee benefits
• Represent the firm at external events (such as university job fairs)
• Maintain records and file documentation
• Handle ad-hoc tasks

Skills and attributes for success

• Second to fourth year economic or humanities university student
• Previous work experience in HR is considered a plus
• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
• Flexibility
• Very good communication and organizational skills
• Fluent in English and Slovak
• PC literacy (MS Office, advanced in MS Excel)
