Your key responsibilities
Technical Excellence
- Role Overview: As a Senior Consultant in EY’s People Advisory Services team, you will work with clients to design and implement innovative people strategies that align with business objectives. You will leverage your technical expertise and consulting skills to deliver solutions in areas such as workforce planning, HR transformation, talent management, and organizational effectiveness. Key Responsibilities: -Provide strategic and operational advice on HR and people-related matters. -Lead and deliver projects in areas such as workforce analytics, employee experience, and change management. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR technology and process improvements. -Develop client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives. -Mentor junior team members and ensure high-quality deliverables. Technical Excellence Expected: -Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and compliance frameworks. -Expertise in HR technology platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday) and data analytics tools. -Knowledge of compensation & benefits, talent acquisition, and performance management. -Ability to interpret workforce data and provide actionable insights. -Familiarity with global mobility, employment law, and organizational design principles.

To qualify for the role you must have
Qualification
- Bachelor of Commerce
- Bachelor of Business Administration
- Master of Commerce
- Chartered Accountant
- Master’s degree (MBA/PGDM) with specialization in HR or Organizational Development.
Experience
- Proven track record of managing HR transformation projects and stakeholder engagement.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in People Advisory roles.
