Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

• Your key responsibilities
• Collect, clean, and analyse large datasets from multiple sources.
• Develop, test, and deploy predictive and prescriptive models using statistical and machine learning techniques.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, operations, marketing, etc.) to identify data-driven opportunities and implement solutions.
• Create clear visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Design and run experiments (A/B testing, simulations) to validate hypotheses.
• Continuously improve data models and algorithms for performance, accuracy, and scalability.
• Document models, assumptions, and outcomes in a structured and reproducible manner
• Stay updated on emerging tools, frameworks, and best practices in AI, ML, and data science. Skills and attributes for success

• Collaborative mindset with strong business sense To qualify for the role you must have
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in data science, analytics, or machine learning (flexible for junior or senior roles).
• Strong proficiency in Python (NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) and SQL.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, matplotlib, seaborn, Plotly).
• Solid understanding of statistical modeling, hypothesis testing, regression, classification, clustering, and time-series analysis.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication and storytelling ability with data.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
• Open to Travel to client location in India/outside India Good to have :
• Experience with big data tools (Spark, Hadoop).
• Knowledge of deep learning, NLP, or computer vision.
• Understanding of business domains like finance, supply chain, marketing, or operations analytics Ideally, you’ll also have
