The Opportunity
We’re looking for a UX Engineer (Senior) to join our Experience Design team. This is a hands-on role responsible for translating high-quality design into responsive, scalable digital products across Web and Mobile. The position requires strong front-end engineering capability combined with a clear understanding of UX principles, accessibility, and design feasibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop responsive, accessible interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, SCSS/SASS, and modern layout techniques.
- Build and maintain front-end applications using React or Angular.
- Translate UX/UI wireframes, prototypes, and design systems into production-ready interfaces with high precision.
- Collaborate closely with designers to maintain visual quality, alignment with design tokens, spacing systems, grid rules, and interaction patterns.
- Integrate front-end interfaces with backend REST APIs.
- Apply consistent coding standards, write unit tests, and contribute to code reviews.
- Diagnose and resolve browser, device, and performance issues.
- Optimize rendering performance, load times, and UI responsiveness.
- Ensure conformance with accessibility guidelines (WCAG/ARIA).
- Provide engineering feasibility inputs during design exploration and planning.
- Contribute to process improvements in design-to-engineering workflow.
Requirements
Education
- Engineering, Computer Science, BCA/MCA, or equivalent.
Experience
- 6–10 years in front-end/UI engineering or UX engineering roles.
Technical Skills
- Strong hands-on expertise with:
- HTML5, CSS3, SCSS/SASS, responsive layouts, semantic structure
- JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript
- Proficiency in either:
- React.js (Hooks, Redux, Context API) OR
- AngularJS (1.x) / Angular (2+)
- Experience with Tailwind CSS, Material UI, or Bootstrap.
- Understanding of REST APIs, async programming, and JSON.
- Familiarity with Node.js fundamentals; .NET is a plus.
- Exposure to Next.js or Vue.js is beneficial.
- Knowledge of WCAG/ARIA accessibility standards and UX fundamentals.
- Comfortable using Figma and design tools for:
- Inspecting layout grids
- Understanding auto-layout rules
- Reading design tokens (colors, typography, spacing)
- Component variants and interaction specs
- Extracting assets and validating responsiveness
- Experience with version control using Git/GitHub/GitLab, and Agile/Scrum workflows.

- Strong communication skills for collaborating with designers, developers, and product managers.
- Ability to explain technical constraints to non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and precision.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to debug UX/UI issues systematically.
- Ability to manage workload, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in fast-paced environments.
- Collaborative attitude with openness to feedback and iterative improvement.
- Proactive learner who stays curious about emerging front-end and UX practices.
