Analyst, Risk Management

This is a role that requires to monitor various alerts/risks impacting the business or people across different locations and take actions accordingly to neutralise or minimize the impact.

The opportunity
Working under the direction of the Global Security leadership team and GDS RMS Global Security team, the incumbent would be part of the Security and Travel Intelligence Centre. The incumbent will support EY teams globally by sharing critical information around potential threats to EY assets. Reporting and sharing insightful information with EY teams is also expected in this role.

Your key responsibilities
Technical Expertise:

• Flexible for 24x7 rotational shifts (including night) with weeks off on week days
• 24x7 Proactive monitoring of Incidents related to emergency response.
• Secondary research on Open source
• Collaborate with key personnel from functions such as Security, Technology, Facility and Admin, Talent team and other relevant teams
• Assist with the support of response and recovery activities during business interruption events
• Support the preparation and delivery of training and awareness materials
• High availability required due to nature of role.
• Actively participate in RMS and RMS Philippines activities and projects
• Perform other duties and participate in projects, as assigned

To qualify for the role, you must have
• Degree from a reputable higher education institution
• Total work experience of 1 to 3 years
• Knowledge and exposure to Response and Recovery planning is preferred
• Should have worked in a 24 x 7 environment.
• Exhibits flexibility and self-confidence
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-starter with attention to detail
• Effective organization and prioritization skills
• Ability to maintain accurate and confidential records and information
• Data analysis, data representation, dashboard reporting and automation.
• Strong logical and reasoning skills
• Strong MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Ideally, you’ll also have
Willingness to learn, Innovative mindset

Technologies and Tools
• Experience in MS office suites like Microsoft 365, MS excel, PowerPoint
