The opportunity


Join EY GDS’s TD&E team to help US clients connect strategy to execution—acting as their bridge from ambition to results—across functional domains such as Cybersecurity, Finance, Risk & Compliance, and ERP. You will set up the right governance, including Transformation Management Offices (TMO), Enterprise PMOs (EPMO), or PMOs. As a Senior, you will work as part of a team to enable one or more of these capabilities: demand intake and prioritization, budgeting, portfolio scenario planning, program/portfolio/transformation execution, schedule management, risk & issue management, resource management, value planning & realization, KPI definition, performance reporting, and data‑driven dashboards. You will also provide guidance to team members, deliver high‑quality client service on complex topics, and help spot ways EY can bring more value to clients.

Your key responsibilities


A successful Transformation Design and Execution Senior will work with our clients to establish a TMO, PMO or EPMO infrastructure to mobilize and manage programs by applying a proven EY framework and methodology based on industry-recognized global standards. For these projects, you will lead a team and partner with engagement leadership to design, establish, and deliver project and program Operating Models and governance structures, track performance, complete status reporting and value realization across workstreams. You will support a knowledgeable team with experience in planning, controlling, and executing complex functional programs (Cyber/Finance/Risk/ERP), Program Management Offices and Transformation Offices. In your role, you will gain key insights and drive strategic conversations with our clients.

Your key responsibilities


Strategic Enablement (Functional): Partner with US teams and functional leaders to align strategy, controls, and outcomes across Cyber, Finance, Risk, and ERP initiatives.

Operating model & governance: Define functional operating models and governance for TMO/PMO/EPMO.

Portfolio & delivery: Drive portfolio intake, prioritization, planning, execution, and benefits tracking with clear RAID.

Tooling & data enablement: Configure PPM (Planview/Clarity), integrate Jira/Azure DevOps/MS Project, and enforce data quality.

Agile enablement: Facilitate Scrum/SAFe/Kanban ceremonies and continuous improvement across functional workstreams.

Reporting & KPIs: Build executive-ready reporting and dashboards; set KPIs and control-health metrics.

Risk & compliance: Embed SOX, SOC, ISO 27001, NIST, and GDPR/CCPA; support testing and audit readiness.

Change & adoption: Lead communications, training, hypercare, and adoption metrics.

Client growth & deliverables: Support pursuits/eminence and produce SteerCo packs, TOMs, roadmaps, and playbooks.

To qualify for the role:

Must Haves


• Education: A bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Systems, Engineering, Economics, Social/Organizational Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.

• Experience: 4-7 years of relevant experience delivering large-scale, complex programs in consulting or industry, with hands-on exposure to one or more functional domains (Cyber, Finance, Risk & Compliance, ERP). Experience in several of the following is required:

o PMO/EPMO/TMO design, setup, and operations

o Program road-mapping, resource/capacity management, and execution governance

o PMO maturity assessment and capability uplift

o Transformation Office/benefits realization and value tracking

o End-to-end portfolio management (intake, prioritization, financial management)

o End-to-end ERP implementation lifecycle (Fit/Gap → Build → Test → Cutover → Hypercare)

o Cyber/Risk initiatives (control remediation, IAM, vulnerability mgmt, policy & compliance)

• Consulting experience: At least 1 year of external client-facing consulting experience, including managing client relationships in a business or technology context.

• Tooling: Working knowledge of Planview/Clarity (or equivalent SPM/PPM), Jira or Azure DevOps, and MS Project/Primavera; ability to build in Power BI/Tableau and advanced Excel. Exposure to ServiceNow GRC/ITSM,

Archer/OneTrust, SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Cloud ERP, Anaplan is a plus.

• Time flexibility: Ability to flex working hours to support US-based collaboration.

Good to have


• MBA or relevant Master’s; Certifications such as PMP, CSM/Scrum, SAFe, Six Sigma; plus CRISC, CISM/CISSP, or ERP certifications (SAP, Oracle, Workday) are a plus.

• Sector experience in Advanced Manufacturing & Mobility, Automotive, Consumer, Media & Entertainment, Life Sciences, Banking/Financial Services, and Technology.
