Our Service Offerings include External Audit, Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) , IFRS & US GAAP conversion , IPO and other public offering, Corporate Treasury - IFRS 9 accounting & implementation support etc.
Your key responsibilities
Technical Excellence
- Financial Accounting and Reporting Support: - Strong experience of working in IFRS (or relevant USGAAP/IndAS) majorly covering - IFRS9/13/10/16 - Experience in hedge accounting, derivative accounting and other treasury product accounting including review of accounting treatments, accounting schema/chart of accounts and their financial reporting impacts on the financial statements. - Review/posting of journal entries to ensure accurate financial reporting. - Good experience in month-end and quarter-end finance close processes, ensuring completeness and compliance with accounting standards. - Expertise in preparation of financial statements and disclosures/notes to accounts in accordance with IFRS/USGAAP/IndAS. - Proficient in conducting QoQ/MoM analytical review - at product level, counterparty level etc. to enable management reporting and audit readiness. - Maintain comprehensive documentation for SOPs and internal controls. - Preparation of accounting manual across entities/jurisdictions – IFRS/USGAAP/IndAS - Accounting support for new business models - White paper/accounting advice on specific transactions Technological Skillset: - Strong proficiency with working on accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, OFSA) and advanced Excel skills - SQL, Alteryx, Tableau experience will be an advantage - Experience in financial reporting tools (Workiva, Casewire, Net Suite) - Ability to participate in system upgrades and finance transformation projects at user end, by providing BRD, reviewing test results, performing UAT and providing Go-live sign offs. - Contribute to the automation of accounting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.

Qualification
- Chartered Accountant (or equivalent eg: CPA/ACCA)
Experience
- 3-5 years of relevant post qualification experience
