Your key responsibilities
Technical Excellence
- We are looking for strong Business Analysts with strong analytical skills and deep expertise in digital transformation in one or 2 of Payments, Transaction, Customer onboarding on wealth products and retail banking transformation in a digital banking set-up. The ideal candidate should be adept at documenting requirements in JIRA (user stories, epics, features), asking the right questions to clarify scope, and challenging assumptions to ensure alignment with the product roadmap. Should have expertise in managing business transformation initiatives. 1. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Business Analysts, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Expertise in managing business transformation initiatives as a transformation Business Analyst having very strong business communication skills (must have).
- Lead business analysis for digital onboarding and payment journeys, Digital Onboarding on Retail products, etc ensuring compliance with regulatory and operational standards.
- Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements, translating them into user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria using Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence).
- Apply deep knowledge of payments domain, including payment processing flows, authorization, settlement, reconciliation, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to design intuitive customer journeys for onboarding and payments.
- Support integration with payment gateways, APIs, and wealth platforms, ensuring smooth transaction flows.
- Support initiatives related to Domestic and Cross-Border Payments, including Anti-money laundering, regulatory compliance, and international remittance flows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyse and improve payments and transaction banking journeys within the customer mobile app.
- Conduct data analysis to inform decision-making and enhance user experience within the mobile app.
- Strong co-ordination (across functional groups – business/market stakeholders, IT, SMEs) and organisation skills
- Drive improvements in digital servicing journeys, ensuring consistency between onboarding and post-login experiences.
- Support initiatives related to customer onboarding on retails products and digital account servicing.
- Conduct customer journey mapping and user experience assessments to identify friction points and optimize conversion.
- Support development and testing teams to validate digital journeys and ensure quality in production.
- Utilise strong understanding of automation technologies and tools to drive automation and digital tooling projects.
- Engage with (Product Owners, Delivery Product Managers), and Business Stakeholders to understand product objectives and ensure that requirements support the overall product roadmap.
- Collaborate with Technology, Testing, and UX teams to support end-to-end delivery of digital features across channels. 2. Key Payments Domain experience:-
- Strong understanding of payment ecosystems, including card networks, UPI, wallets, and real-time payment systems.
- Experience with Domestic and Cross-Border Payments, including SWIFT, NEFT/RTGS, IMPS, and international remittance processes.
- Knowledge of PCI-DSS compliance, fraud detection, and risk management in payment transactions.
- Familiarity with payment gateways, merchant acquiring, and POS systems.
- Exposure to cross-border payments, FX conversions, and regulatory frameworks (RBI guidelines, PSD2, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with API integrations for payment services and ISO 8583 / ISO 20022 messaging standards. 3. Key Digital Transformation experience: -
- Experience working in Digital Banking, Mobile Banking, or Customer Experience platforms.
- Familiarity with process workflows, API/interface specifications, and system integration concepts.
- Strong experience in digital onboarding in retail products and payment journeys, preferably in wealth management and retail banking.
- Hands-on expertise in front-end customer journey design for mobile and web platforms.

- •\tBachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
- Experience\t7-9 years total experience with at least 5+ years in Project/Delivery Management within Capital Markets or Trading Platforms.
