Job Description
1. Obtain a thorough understanding of Firm’s policy and guideline, needs and standards of Service Line and differentiators to develop strategies aimed at increasing effective communications and brand awareness.
2. Act as point of contact for Service Line and drive brand awareness with marketing team to enhance current operation through direct coordination.
3. In charge of Service Line Marketing events, responsibilities include, but are not limited to: project timeline and resource management, pre-event consultation and planning, venue selection & decoration, agenda development, event promotion and registration, related travel arrangements, event follow-up and reporting, on-site support etc.
4. Partnering with PM of the annual flagship program with quality planning, execution and sophisticated interpersonal skills for acceleration of project effectiveness.
5. Assist Service Line to edit/ rewrite newsletter and post to fulfill the needs of various communication channels (website, Facebook, LINE, Podcast and Video etc.)

Job Conditions
1. Min. 3-5+ years of experience in event/ product marketing with good understanding in various marketing channels and techniques.
2. Demonstrated success in resource and project management under multiple priorities and matrix collaboration.
3. Excellent technical writing skills and the ability to condense technical attributes to easily communicate value propositions and customer benefits. Samples will be required.
4. Experienced in high-level program planning, execution and dealing with C-suites.
5. Proficiency in Chinese and English.
6. Independent, self-motivated, efficient and detail oriented.
7. Capability of multi-tasking and resource management.
8. Team spirit and interpersonal skills.
