The Opportunity

As a Proposal & Pursuit Senior Consultant, you will serve as a strategic partner to pursuit teams—providing industry and account insights, accessing relevant intelligence and reusable assets, shaping EY’s value proposition, and developing client‑aligned win strategies. Your role empowers teams to deliver competitive, insight‑rich proposals that drive wins and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will help engagement teams transform ideas into compelling, client‑ready proposals, supporting pursuits from early shaping through final submission. This includes content development, storyline creation, document structuring, and ensuring high‑quality formatting and design.

• Understand pursuit goals, required support, timelines, and expected deliverables.

• Support engagement teams throughout the entire proposal lifecycle—from initial shaping to final submission.
• Translate stakeholder input into clear, well‑structured content.
• Summarize and translate RFPs or RFQs into English to enable quick decision‑making by senior stakeholders.
• Draft key proposal sections such as executive summaries, value propositions, and perspectives.
• Ensure content accuracy, consistency, and alignment with client requirements.
• Conduct quality checks to identify gaps or inconsistencies.

• Format proposals, create visuals, and apply best practices in layout and visual storytelling.
• Ensure all materials comply with EY branding, standards, and themes.
• Manage version control throughout the proposal process.

• Contribute to building reusable content, templates, and knowledge assets to support future pursuits.
• Develop clear perspectives and solution ideas that demonstrate EY’s understanding of the client’s needs.
• Curate and adapt supporting materials and provide feedback to improve proposal quality and win probability.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Economics, Computer Science, or related fields Masters in a relevant business discipline is preferred but not essential.
• Experience: 2+ years of relevant professional experience.

Skills

• Experience in content generation, consulting support, and proposal management
• Experience in consulting professional services or large corporates in preferred
• Strong writing, editing and storytelling experience
• Strong eye for design and attention to details
• Familiarity in design tools etc.
• Exposure to key business domains, among which are transformation programs, performance improvement, and project management, enabling contextual understanding and project/client needs.

Communication & Language Skills

• Excellent written communication skills (in both English & Arabic).
• Strong oral communication and storytelling skills.

Visual & Presentation Design

• Strong visual design skills (in PowerPoint).

Work Environment

• This role is a support staff position, based in Beirut, Lebanon (with flexible remote work options). No travel required.
