The position is for a campaign executive within EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) Brand & Marketing pillar. As a member of the EY Americas Consulting team, you will serve as a Marketing Program Coordinator on various marketing initiatives aimed at supporting our team in how we go to market. Your role will be pivotal in executing compelling and impactful content and analyzing and reporting on our success in the market.
Your key responsibilities
- Support across various stages of content and site development from strategy and user experience design to publication on EY owned channels (primarily ey.com).
- Support coordination with BMC teams on above content dissemination to align with and leverage the different programs.
- Support management and tracking of our MQLs using Adobe Dynamics to manage and enter leads and build reports.
- Coordinate with overall metrics and analytics on impacts of MQLs and SQLs on campaigns, as well as leveraging EY tools and systems to ensure data hygiene and compliance.
- Assist and coordinate with leaders and executive assistants in the creation of digital bios for AI thought leaders on ey.com, known as “people profiles.”
- Maintain key operational calendars and trackers and proactively communicate updates.
- Create reporting and overall status overview on the performance of the BMC digital campaigns for BMC leaders and other stakeholders.
- Prioritize day-to-day decisions and work assignments to meet project deadlines.
- Adhere to firm policies and procedures, particularly those related to procurement, independence, compliance, Bridge, SCORE, brand, and invoicing.
- Continuous focus on process improvement, impact, ROI, effectiveness, and efficiency.
Skills and attributes for success
- A minimum of 2-4 years of related work experience in marketing, communications, or BD, prior EY experience a plus.
- Experience working with project management and communication tools like Zendesk, Azure DevOps, SharePoint and Teams.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills and a thorough understanding of brand quality and compliance in the context of AI marketing.
- Proactive in following up with leaders and teams to secure approvals and advance projects through SCORE.
- Ability to problem-solve effectively to ensure the successful completion of marketing initiatives.
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Keen attention to detail and a commitment to following through on projects.
- Ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while functioning independently and exercising sound judgment.
- Proficiency with standard software applications, including the Microsoft Office suite and O365 applications such as SharePoint, MS Teams, and MS Forms.
- Technology savvy to quickly come up to speed in various marketing tools and platforms (e.g. social media scheduling platforms, SharePoint, web content management systems, data analytics, etc.).
- Be a real team player, work closely in an agile, fast paced environment and demonstrate impact.
- Quickly build knowledge of the EY business, particularly the key priorities, structure, internal audience, core offerings and our clients’ issues and agendas across sectors, service lines and geographies, globally.
- Help drive change, innovation, process automation and continuous improvements across the organization.
To qualify for the role, you must have
- A bachelor's degree
- 2-4 years’ experience in campaign coordination
- Excellent communication skills - written, oral, presentation and engagement
- Proven ability to manage complex processes and projects at a global level
- High level of networking, team building and stakeholder management skills
- Good analytical and critical thinking skills
- Technical skills: advanced knowledge of MS Office
- Strong knowledge of technology and various platforms including social media platforms, web content management platforms, data analytics, etc.
Ideally, you’ll also have
- B2B marketing skills, with experience in professional services or similar industries
- Marketing measurement and analytics knowledge
