EY- Cyber Security (DPP) – Technology Consulting –Senior
As part of our EY Cyber security, Technology Consulting team, your role will be to actively establish, maintain and strengthen internal and external relationships. You will be responsible for delivery and maintaining quality of services and deliverables on your engagements. You’ll also identify potential business opportunities for EY and GDS within existing engagements and escalate these as appropriate. Similarly, you’ll anticipate and identify risks within engagements and share any issues with senior members of the team.
The opportunity
We’re looking for a Senior Consultant who can help our clients implement Responsible AI practices and governance frameworks to address evolving regulatory and ethical requirements. You will provide domain expertise in AI ethics and compliance, leveraging your business insight to advise, design, and operationalize RAI review processes. Your work will enable clients to deploy AI solutions responsibly, mitigating risks and ensuring alignment with global standards. In line with EY’s commitment to quality, you’ll confirm that all deliverables meet EY’s quality benchmarks and undergo appropriate review. Your key responsibilities
- Lead Responsible AI Reviews for client AI systems, assessing compliance with ethical principles, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies.
- Evaluate AI models and workflows for fairness, bias, explainability, robustness, and accountability, providing actionable remediation plans.
- Develop and implement RAI governance frameworks, including policies, procedures, and risk assessment methodologies tailored to client needs.
- Conduct AI risk and impact assessments, identifying potential ethical, legal, and operational risks and advising on mitigation strategies.
- Advise on global AI regulations and standards (e.g., EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, OECD principles) and their business implications.
- Design and maintain AI accountability documentation, including model cards, impact assessments, and decision logs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (legal, compliance, data science, engineering) to deliver holistic RAI solutions.
- Facilitate training sessions for internal and client teams to build awareness of Responsible AI principles and best practices.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring clear communication and alignment on RAI objectives.
- Stay current with emerging AI regulations, ethical frameworks, and industry trends, translating them into practical guidance for clients.
Skills and attributes for success
- Relevant Experience: 4–6 years in Cyber governance, compliance, or technology risk management.
- Proven track record in conducting AI risk assessments, ethical reviews, or compliance audits.
- Strong understanding of AI lifecycle, model development, and deployment processes.
- Familiarity with fairness, bias detection, explainability techniques, and AI assurance frameworks.
- Ability to design and implement governance structures for AI systems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to address complex AI ethics challenges.
- Passion for Responsible AI and commitment to staying ahead of regulatory and technological developments.
To qualify for the role, you must have
- Graduate / BE – B.Tech / MCA / M.Sc (Stats, Maths, Computer Science) / MBA with a background in data science, AI, or technology.
- Certifications related to AI ethics, governance, or risk (e.g., AIGP, IEEE CertifAIed Professional, NIST AI RMF training).
- Experience in defining and documenting functional and non-functional requirements for AI systems.
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Additional certifications such as CIPP, CIPM (for privacy intersections), or ISO/IEC 42001 (AI Management System).
- Familiarity with security and compliance standards (ISO 27001, SOC 2) as they relate to AI systems.
