The Opportunity
As part of the Technology Consulting team, you will help clients in designing and implementing applications to digitalise business processes leveraging the Pega Platform. You will be designing and developing enterprise-level applications which are secure, scalable and extendable.
Using your expertise in Pega, you will help our clients improve service quality and efficiency by leveraging the capabilities of Pega with process automation and real-time AI as part of their business transformation.
You will also guide development teams in the solution design and architecture, providing guidance and review implementation to meet business and architectural requirements.
We’re looking for candidates with strong technology and data understanding in Pega space, having proven delivery capability.
As a PEGA Solution Architect you will be part of a team working on the design, development and implementation of business process automation solutions using the PEGA platform. We’re looking for candidates who hold Pega Lead System Architect certification and experience in similar roles.

Key Responsibilities
• Designing and developing enterprise-level Pega applications, integrating them with various systems
• Writing technical specifications, support the requirements scpecification and review of implementation by the development
• Development of client demos and proof of concepts
• Team management and status reporting
• Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client/onsite personnel
• Coordination with other teams
• Resource and effort estimations
• Participation in Backlog Management and Scrum ceremonies
• Participation in design, development, QA, deployment, support and training
• Client presentations on solution design and Pega best practices

Skills and Attributes for Success
• Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) or Cerified Lead System Architect (CLSA) certification
• 5+ years of Pega Application development knowledge using Pega Development platform
• Solution Architecture/Solution Design experience on at least 4-5 projects
• Knowledge and experience in Pega Constellation
• Hands-on experience in
o Case management
o Integrations (incl. REST)
o Security management (RBAC/ABAC rules)
o Decision and declarative rules, data pages, SLAs
• Good understanding of relational databases and data management
• Good knowledge on UI/UX and portal development rules
• Experience with Pega Deployment Manager
• Understanding of Pega best practices
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Architecture documentation skills

Qualifications
• Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Software Engineering or equivalent.
• Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) or Cerified Lead System Architect (CLSA) certification
