EY Parthenon Senior Manager – Financial Services Office (FSO): Cayman or Nassau

The Opportunity
We are currently seeking qualified candidates to be considered for the position of Senior Manager in our EY Parthenon (EYP) practice. EY has an established industry-leading EYP practice and this role will primarily focus on leading restructuring, liquidation, insolvency and/or valuations service offerings for clients in the financial services industry.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee complex restructuring, liquidation, insolvency and/or valuations engagements, defining engagement scope in consultation with associate partners/partners, and ensuring execution in compliance with firm policies.
- Manage the financial aspects of multiple engagements, including resource allocation, fee tracking, and escalation of critical issues to leadership.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen high-level internal and external relationships, ensuring exceptional client service and proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
- Represent the firm in business development initiatives, driving growth and expanding the firm’s market presence.
- Mentor, coach, and develop managers and junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and high performance.
- Provide strategic insights and contribute to the development of service offerings and go-to-market strategies.

To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have
- A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field; or completion of a public accounting/professional services firm training program.
- A minimum of 8 years of recent relevant experience, including significant leadership experience in a similar position; prior experience in a public accounting or professional services firm and the financial services industry is strongly preferred.
- An internationally recognized professional accounting certification (e.g., CPA) or a service line relevant certification (e.g., recognized insolvency qualification, ASA, AM, CBV, CFA).
- Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
- High integrity and professionalism in all interactions.

- Deep knowledge of current market issues in financial services.
- Experience leading project-based teams solving complex issues at a strategic level.
