The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Adobe Workfront Delivery Lead - Manager to join our growing Marketing Transformation team. In this strategic role, you will work closely with top-tier organizations to lead the delivery, implementation, and optimization of Adobe Workfront solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management, a deep understanding of marketing processes, and the ability to drive successful outcomes for clients. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for project delivery, ensuring that client expectations are met and exceeded.

Your Key Responsibilities
As a Manager, you will be responsible for the effective management and delivery of Adobe Workfront projects, maintaining focus on quality, client satisfaction, and risk management while navigating operational and organizational dynamics. You will:
- Lead the delivery of Adobe Workfront solutions, ensuring alignment with client objectives and business goals.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring successful project execution and delivery.
- Manage the delivery of the project per agile delivery methodology
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within Workfront implementations.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
- Stay informed about emerging trends in digital marketing, project management, and Adobe Workfront capabilities.

- Leading project delivery from initiation to closure.
- Managing client relationships and engaging in daily interactions.
- Ensuring quality assurance and risk management throughout the project lifecycle.
- Regular travel as needed by external clients.
To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree); Master's degree preferred.
- Typically, no less than 6-8 years of relevant experience in project management or delivery roles.
- Proven experience with Adobe Workfront or similar project management tools.
- Strong understanding of marketing processes and best practices in project delivery.
- Experience working in marketing, customer-driven, and/or growth projects within technology, telecom, media/entertainment, or consumer products/retail industries.
- Significant people management experience with leading project teams and managing direct reports.
- Ability to support business development opportunities throughout the sales lifecycle.
- Experience managing nearshore and offshore teams
- A valid passport and US driver’s license; willingness and ability to travel estimated 50-80% both domestically and internationally.

- Previous experience in technology consulting, specifically on the Adobe suite.
- Experience in a delivery lead or project management role within a consulting environment.

- We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $142,600 to $261,500. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $171,200 to $297,200. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
- Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
