Extend beyond transactions to shape and execute enterprise Technology Strategy and Transformation, target operating model design, Technology investment strategy and roadmap, cloud economics/TBM, data & AI enablement, and cybersecurity uplift — delivering measurable business outcomes regardless of deal activity.

Client Leadership And Impact:
- Serve as senior technology advisor to CxOs and deal teams; translate deal thesis into technology strategy and execution plans; lead IT/Cyber diligence, Day‑1 readiness, and post‑deal value creation
- Partner with CEOs/CIOs/CDOs/CISOs to define technology strategies that align with business ambition (growth, efficiency, resilience), and translate them into actionable multi-year roadmaps
- Lead complex technology transformation programs from design through delivery—ensuring benefits realization and risk control
Strategy, Architecture And Operating Model:
Design separation/integration blueprints and interim/target operating models to protect business continuity, capture synergies
Establish investment cases and sequencing for modernization (ERP/core systems, data platforms, cloud migration, cybersecurity uplift), balancing speed, cost, and risk.
Growth And Go‑to‑Market:
- Shape and execute the Deal Tech and Technology Transformation go-to-market: originate pipeline, craft compelling solutions, lead pursuits, and manage senior relationships (corporates and PE).
- Build repeatable offerings and accelerators (e.g., TBM/FinOps playbooks, modernization blueprints, Day-1 toolkits, synergy/value calculators) to scale impact and speed
People Leadership And Capability Building:
- Build teams capable of high‑velocity deal execution; coach leaders to operate under time pressure. Recruit, develop, and retain diverse talent; sponsor communities of practice and embed continuous learning and inclusive culture.
Analytical / Decision Making Responsibilities
- Use hypothesis-driven problem solving to define where to play/how to win technology strategies and to prioritize investments across modernization, data/AI, cyber, and cloud.
Quantify business cases (benefits, costs, risks), including technology TCO, cloud economics/FinOps, TBM allocations, and value realization KPIs; guide portfolio trade-offs. - Set and adjudicate enterprise architecture standards; make go/no-go decisions on platform choices, sequencing, insourcing vs outsourcing, and standardize vs federate.
- Govern program decisions via structured stage gates, executive reporting, and transparent decision logs; ensure compliance, security, and regulatory requirements are met.
(Optional/plus) Translate deal-related diligence/separation/integration insights into transformation roadmaps and post-deal value creation plans.
Education And Experience
- MBA from a reputed business school in India or abroad
- 18+ years in technology consulting/leadership, with 10+ years leading enterprise technology strategy and transformation programs, and 2+ years in building and growing high performance teams (multi-tower, cross-functional, cross-border)
- Demonstrated success as a client-facing leader delivering measurable outcomes (cost, speed, resilience, growth) and managing C-suite stakeholders across sectors and geographies.
- Proven experience building practices—originating pipeline, developing offerings/accelerators, scaling teams, and achieving profitable growth.
- Experience leading technology work across the M&A lifecycle. Extensive track record delivering enterprise technology strategy and transformation (operating model, architecture modernization, cloud/data/AI/cyber programs) across sectors and geographies with measurable outcomes
Knowledge And Skills Requirements
Technology Expertise:
- Mastery of technology workstreams within transactions (IT/Cyber diligence, Day‑1 readiness, TSA, integration/separation) and ability to convert deal insights into post‑deal transformation roadmaps.
