Location: Wrocław / Katowice - 2 days in office / 3 days remote

Right now, we are looking for a SAP SuccessFactors Manager to join our EY GDS Consulting Services team focused on providing cutting – edge IT solutions dedicated to the biggest market players in EMEA region.

The opportunity


You’ll be working using the best practices of SAP solutions from Human Resources area including SuccessFactors and HCM implementations. The idea is to deliver business advisory services in the field of transformation and enterprise management systems; implement the processes in Cloud, Hybrid and onPremise environments, proceed successfully with greenfield and brownfield approach and dealing with SAP Activate and combined methodologies. Your responsibility will be also to manage the quality of implementation projects as well as the local SuccessFactors Team.

Your key responsibilities


As a member of our team, you’ll have a chance to extend your experience. You’ll support clients in choosing the most suitable business solution and take part in advisory projects - implementation of SAP systems in Human Capital area. You’ll also participate in post-implementation review of chosen processes as well as in coordination of the main project tasks.

Skills and attributes for success

  • Proven track record of successfully leading SAP system implementations, particularly in EC, EC Time Management modules, and managing project teams.
  • Strong commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest SAP technology advancements, especially in compensation management practices.
  • Ability to thrive in a multicultural and international environment, fostering collaboration across diverse teams.

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • 7+ years of experience in SAP HR systems implementations, with a focus on Employee Central.
  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification.
  • In-depth knowledge of EC Payroll is a significant advantage.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Employee Life Cycle Management processes in global organizations.
  • Expertise in translating complex business requirements related to SuccessFactors Employee Central solution in alignment with best practices.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with data models and proficiency in XML, particularly in the context of employee data.
  • Advanced skills in system configuration according to Solution Design & Configuration Workbook/Business Blueprint.
  • Proven experience in preparing and executing test cases, test plans, and test scripts, with a focus on quality assurance in employee lifecycle management processes.
  • Familiarity with MDF, foundation objects, associations, business rules, and workflows, with the ability to mentor others in these areas.
  • Strong leadership and teamwork skills, with experience in guiding project teams and ensuring successful project delivery.
  • A higher education degree.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to present complex compensation information clearly to stakeholders.

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • German or other language knowledge
  • Good understanding of HR business processes
