CBS - C&I - BD & CE Leadership :
Our Markets team focuses on providing account teams with the support they need to help drive revenue growth. Our "account-centric" approach to serving clients starts with understanding their business and providing tools and enablers to provide consistency on how we identify and align our services and solutions to our clients' most pressing issues. We deliver services through one or more of our four global service lines: Assurance, Consulting, Strategy and Transactions and Tax. Our Markets team comprises of Business Development and Brand Media & Communication (BMC).

Your key responsibilities
Technical Excellence
- >Sales & Client Excellence To contribute and lead a team of sales professionals driving sales across India. Own the end-to-end sales and client excellence process for assigned accounts. Generate revenue on a month-on-month basis from existing and new accounts. Lead hunting efforts by formulating account strategies and executing growth plans. Own and actively manage the sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue flow. Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with firm priorities. >Client Engagement & Relationship Management Initiate, build, and sustain long-term client relationships, including C-suite stakeholders. Work closely with the Client Service Partner throughout the client and engagement lifecycle. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and act as a trusted advisor to clients. Participate actively in client discussions, proposals, and strategic engagements. >Account & Team Leadership Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies and account plans. Lead and conduct account team meetings; provide coaching and guidance to team members. Manage sales and client excellence efforts across accounts. Collaborate with business operations to oversee proposal development, touchpoint campaigns, and pursuits. Direct and guide account coordinators and cross-functional teams on assigned accounts. Share knowledge, insights, and leading practices within the Area and across the Firm. >Analytical & Decision-Making Responsibilities Leverage the firm’s key initiatives and cross-functional services to drive revenue growth through sales and client excellence. Apply strong understanding of industry trends, account landscapes, and competitive dynamics. Balance client needs with firm and service-line priorities in a matrix environment. Influence and partner effectively with technical and subject-matter experts to deliver client solutions. Make informed, strategic decisions aligned with the firm’s overall growth strategy. >Knowledge, Skills & Competencies Strong understanding of market trends and business issues that create value for clients. Proven ability to build, sustain, and grow senior client relationships. Client-centric mindset with a strong focus on sales effectiveness and client excellence. Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to engage diverse audiences. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence, persuade, and gain buy-in. Collaborative team player who actively contributes to achieving shared goals. Ability to build strategic internal relationships across leadership, practices, and functions. Confident executive presence with the ability to command respect and credibility. Demonstrated ability to sell ideas, solutions, and services effectively to prospects and clients.

To qualify for the role you must have
Qualification
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Management, Technology, Finance, Accounting, or related fields from a reputed institution
Experience
- Experience of selling Digital Tax, Tax Technology, Tax solutions is highly desired.
- Candidate with high calibre experience in selling SaaS services may also be considered. The candidate should be comfortable to operate in a matrix structure.
