Our Markets team focuses on providing account teams with the support they need to help drive revenue growth. Our "account-centric" approach to serving clients starts with understanding their business and providing tools and enablers to provide consistency on how we identify and align our services and solutions to our clients' most pressing issues. We deliver services through one or more of our four global service lines: Assurance, Consulting, Strategy and Transactions and Tax. Our Markets team comprises of Business Development and Brand Media & Communication (BMC).

Your key responsibilities
Technical Excellence
- Overview of role: EY India is seeking a creative and enthusiastic associate with a strong understanding of content and trending formats to engage employees. In this role, the person will create campaigns and content for employer branding initiatives. Building a network with employees and stakeholders is crucial to this role. Key responsibilities:
- Develop internal and external content aligned to communications plans to lift the EY brand among existing employees, new employees and potential recruits.
- You will work in close partnership with Human Resources, Marketing, Service lines, and Leadership to execute communication initiatives, with a sharp focus on timely execution and delivery
- Create content that reflects the brand. Being agile and up-to-date with trending formats on social media is critical.
- Execute and deliver content as per calendar, support with video scripts and shoots.
- Analyze data to gauge social media performance.
- The success in the role will be measured with an increase in engagement, brand awareness, pride and affinity for the EY brand. Knowledge, Competency and Skill Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in internal/external communications, content creation.
- Strong understanding of digital channels, content strategy and audience-centric internal communications. Ability to shoot and edit videos/Reels is key.
- Collaborates well with peers, across brand, marketing and communications
- Excellent presentation and written communication skills
- Comfortable working with data on Excel – for social media analysis
- Ability to adapt and change directions quickly. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines.
- Excellent inter-personal skills and networking experience, as well as experience managing a wide range of relationships with people at all levels within an organization, including leaders
- Flexibility to adapt to changes in role demands and responsibilities

- BA English
- Advertising/Public Relations
- MBA Marketing/Communications
Experience
- 1-2 years of experience
