The opportunity
As a Service Line Key Account Coordinator in our Clients & Industries (C&I) team, you will support the MENA Tax function by ensuring accurate data management, operational excellence, and coordinated execution across key accounts.

You will work closely with internal enablement teams and MENA Tax leadership, contributing to pipeline management, revenue planning, and account growth initiatives.

This role is ideal for candidates who are analytical, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Your key responsibilities

• Maintain and update accurate sales and pipeline data for key Tax accounts
• Support the annual revenue planning process and account performance tracking
• Assist with relationship mapping, account analytics, and growth initiatives using firm tools
• Collaborate with internal enablement teams and account leaders to ensure coordinated execution of tasks and initiatives
• Generate reports and provide insights to enable data-driven decision-making
• Support across Tax operational tasks, where applicable

• Strong analytical and data management skills, with the ability to work with large volumes of information
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Self-starter mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work across teams and regions
• Comfortable using technology and learning new tools to streamline workflows and improve efficiency

Ideally, you’ll also

• Hold a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field
• Have prior experience in account support, tax operations, or business/portfolio operations
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with data reporting and visualization tools is a plus
