The opportunity
As a Technology-Enabled People & Change Advisor, you will work with clients to deliver large-scale digital and business transformations, providing people and change management advisory support across complex programs.
While candidates are expected to bring strong HR technology implementation experience, this role focuses on people, change, and transformation advisory rather than system configuration or technical builds.
You will work closely with multidisciplinary EY teams to help organizations adopt new ways of working, embed technology-driven change, and realize value from HR and enterprise transformation initiatives.
Your key responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of people and change workstreams within large-scale digital and HR transformations across MENA, ensuring alignment with overall business transformation objectives and full-cycle program delivery.
- Develop change strategies, business cases, and implementation roadmaps with measurable outcomes to support major people, workforce and technology-enabled transformation initiatives.
- Manage day-to-day client relationships and act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, including engaging with and influencing Senior Management while delivering thought leadership, insight, and service excellence.
- Collaborate with technology, strategy, and workforce teams across EY service lines, address clients’ most complex transformation challenges and deliver integrated, end-to-end solutions.
- Manage, coach, and qualify junior consultants to deliver high-quality outcomes, in line with project plans, budgets, and EY quality standards.
- Support proposal development and internal capability-building initiatives, contributing to pursuits, solution design, and the continued growth of EY’s people and change practice.
Skills and attributes for success
You will need to be able to demonstrate technical expertise, and have the ability to influence and persuade clients or relevant stakeholders to gain support for major changes and key decisions.
Taking a practical approach to solving issues and gaining client agreement as well as being able to analyse complex problems and deliver insightful, practical and sustainable solutions are skills you are expected to have for this role.
Furthermore, being skilled in facilitating and encouraging collaboration amongst team members, motivating teams to maximise performance while demonstrating confidence and effectiveness in recognising and managing potential issues during client assignments will contribute to your success for this opportunity.
Qualifications & Experience
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (business, psychology, or organizational development); Masters preferred.
- At least 7 years of work experience with a proven track record of delivering large complex business transformation, HR value chain projects or change management and culture change projects.
- Prior technical experience in HR technology implementations (e.g., SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM, ServiceNow HRSD).
- Be a subject matter expert in one or more of the following: HR transformation, organization design, talent management, performance management, rewards, people aspects of change management whether operational transformation, cultural change or technology driven change.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both Arabic and English written and verbal)
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Experience working in large private and/or public sector organisations human resources functions.
- Strong insight into a particular sector such as the government and public sector, energy or financial services is desirable.
- Prior work experience within a professional services or global consultancy firm.
