EY GDS – CDO – Project Support – Manager
As part of the CDO team, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives that shape the GDS's growth and transformation. This includes leading projects related to acquisitions, locations expansion, new market entry, alliances, and other high-impact priorities that enable leadership to make informed decisions. The role demands strong analytical and strategic thinking, coupled with the ability to collaborate across functions to align priorities and engage stakeholders effectively.
We’re looking for a Manager to drive critical outcomes by managing strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects with precision. Utilize research, benchmarking, and analytics to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and enable business growth.
Your key responsibilities
- Lead projects involving Strategic initiatives and firmwide special projects
- Work closely with senior management and key stakeholders to drive projects
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment and drive critical outcomes.
- Align multiple stakeholders and facilitate informed decision-making
- Conduct research, data analysis, and benchmarking
Skills and attributes for success
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a track record of using data to drive decisions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable interfacing with senior leaders
- Strong inter-personal skills
- Good influential skills to drive results.
- Ability to drive/lead initiatives as project
To qualify for the role, you must have
- Minimum 8 years of experience with a professional qualification (CA, MBA, Master’s degree in any field or any other qualification with relevant knowledge and experience
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Project Management experience
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Experience in preparing leadership review decks and structuring compelling narratives.
- Prior involvement in strategic projects and business planning.
- Ability to visualise data effectively and communicate insights clearly
