The Opportunity
We are seeking an Oracle Fusion ERP Manager specializing in either Finance OR Supply Chain (SCM) to join our rapidly expanding Technology Consulting practice in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will lead end‑to‑end implementations, guide solution design, and serve as a trusted advisor to senior business stakeholders across industries.
Key Profile Requirements
- 7–12+ years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion ERP, with deep expertise in either Finance OR SCM.
- Minimum 3–4 full life‑cycle implementations, including at least 2 on Oracle Fusion Cloud.
- Strong experience in client‑facing roles, leading workshops, and managing senior stakeholders.
- Proven ability to design and deliver integrated ERP solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Hands‑on experience in functional configuration, CRP/SIT/UAT cycles, cutover, and post‑go‑live support.
- Strong understanding of integration, data migration, and functional‑technical collaboration.
- Excellent documentation skills — functional specs, solution design documents, test scripts, and deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
1. Solution Design & Delivery
- Lead requirements gathering, fit‑gap analysis, and design sessions using OUM/AIM methodologies.
- Define solution architecture for either Finance or SCM modules within Oracle Fusion Cloud.
- Oversee configuration, testing, cutover planning, migration, and post‑production stabilization.
2. Domain Expertise (Finance OR SCM)
Depending on specialization, responsibilities include:
If Finance (Fusion Cloud Financials)
- Design and configure GL, AP, AR, CM, FA, Tax, and Subledger Accounting.
- Lead activities related to Chart of Accounts, financial controls, period close, and reporting (OTBI/BI).
- Support Projects (Project Costing, Billing) as needed.
If SCM (Supply Chain Cloud)
- Configure Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Costing, Planning, and Product Management.
- Design end‑to‑end P2P/O2C processes, item/organization structures, costing scenarios, and integrations.
- Support Manufacturing or Pricing modules where required.
3. Stakeholder & Team Leadership
- Engage with CFOs, COOs, Finance Directors, and Supply Chain leaders.
- Manage delivery teams, provide coaching, and ensure high‑quality outputs.
- Prepare and deliver client presentations, demos, and status updates.
4. Governance & Quality
- Manage RAID logs, project plans, risks, mitigation actions, and overall delivery governance.
- Ensure all deliverables meet EY quality standards.
5. Business Development
- Contribute to RFP responses, solutioning, resource planning, and client orals/demos.
- Identify opportunities to cross‑sell ERP‑related services.
To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have
- 7–12+ years of Oracle ERP functional experience.
- Strong expertise in either Oracle Fusion Financials OR Oracle Fusion SCM.
- Proven track record in implementing Fusion Cloud solutions.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, client‑driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ideally, You’ll Also Have
- Professional certifications (Oracle Cloud, PMP, Agile).
- Finance qualifications (CA, CPA, CIMA, CFA) or Supply Chain qualifications (APICS/CSCP).
- Experience in reporting tools (OTBI / BI Publisher).
- Exposure to Oracle Projects or Tax localization for GCC.
- Arabic language skills (preferred).
