We are seeking an experienced Product Owner (PO) with a strong background in Java spring boot developer and backend development on Databricks. Candidate should have 10+ years of experience in full stack development in micro services environment having implemented multi-tenant architecture. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and the technical team, owning the full lifecycle of product development from concept to deployment. The role requires a deep understanding of software engineering principles, data processing, and cloud-based application architecture.

Key Responsibilities

Product Ownership & Delivery

• Define and prioritize the product roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Translate high-level business requirements into detailed technical user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring clarity and prioritization based on business value and technical feasibility.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, and product review sessions with engineering and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with UI/UX teams to ensure optimal user experience and performance.
• Ensure all delivered features meet agreed quality, performance, and security standards.

Technical Involvement

• Work closely with development teams using Java (Spring Boot) and Angular for front-end and API layers.
• Collaborate on data transformation and analytics features built on PySpark and Databricks.
• Participate in architectural design discussions involving microservices, CI/CD pipelines, and data workflows.
• Guide DevOps processes including CI/CD automation, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS).
• Conduct hands-on testing and validation of data and functionality across the full stack.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Serve as the key liaison between business users, data engineers, developers, and QA teams.
• Ensure alignment between the product roadmap, technical capabilities, and enterprise architecture.
• Engage with stakeholders to capture feedback and continuously improve product performance.

Governance & Reporting

• Track and report delivery metrics, sprint progress, and feature adoption.
• Maintain documentation of business requirements, process flows, and data mappings.
• Ensure compliance with internal security, regulatory, and data management policies.
