The opportunity
We are seeking a versatile Business Analyst who thrives at the intersection of business strategy, product vision, and project delivery. In this role, you will guide software initiatives from concept to launch, ensuring that every feature delivers measurable value, every milestone is met, and every stakeholder stay aligned. You’ll combine analytical thinking, structured planning, and product ownership to drive impactful results in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
As part of our Technology Consulting team in Serbia, of around 100 professionals, you will collaborate with a variety of expert groups, including DevOps, QA, development, design, and project management teams. This role provides the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, contribute to impactful digital initiatives, and continuously develop your technical and professional skills.
Your key responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
- Define and maintain the product backlog, prioritizing based on business impact.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions.
- Provide clear progress updates and insights to stakeholders.
- Create user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and wireframes as needed.
- Collaborate closely with developers, QA engineers, and UX/UI designers to ensure requirements are implemented accurately.Support management of project timelines and deliverables to ensure on-time delivery.
- Support Agile ceremonies such as backlog refinement, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning, execution, and defect tracking.
- Maintain requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
- Participate in all Agile ceremonies and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Monitor industry trends to inform product enhancements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Management, or related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in BA, PM, or PO roles (preferably a combination).
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Ideally, you have experience with:
- Experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Certified in related fields
