The position is based in EY’s Copenhagen office and supports our Financial Services Consulting practice.

Your key responsibilities

As a Nordic Consulting Resource Manager, focused on the Financial Services Industry, you will act as an unbiased advocate for effective staffing across the Nordics, working closely with business leaders, Client Account Teams and delivery teams to understand demand, market activity and upcoming opportunities. You will stay informed through active participation in relevant meetings. Your responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with the business to understand staffing needs and upcoming engagements.
  • Staying updated on sales pipelines and supporting staffing for bids and pursuits.
  • Owning the end-to-end staffing process by responding quickly, asking, clarifying questions and challenging when needed.
  • Presenting well-vetted candidates and clearly explaining selection rationale.
  • Partnering with onshore, nearshore and offshore teams to identify the best resources.
  • Managing expectations and maintaining clear, timely communication throughout.
  • Maintaining a strong virtual and on‑site presence across the Nordics.
  • Getting to know consultants to understand their skills, availability and development goals.
  • Meeting all new hires within their first two weeks.
  • Staying current on utilization, forecasting and capacity metrics to support optimal allocation.
