Marketing Program Manager

We are looking for an Assistant Director, GDS, to join the Global Brand and Marketing team to contribute to these goals and help position EY Ripples as a leader in social impact in the external market and with our EY employees, through external marketing initiatives.
In this role, you will work closely with the Global Brand and Marketing core team and other stakeholders within EY Ripples and the wider BMC community, to deliver brand projects that align with our business ambitions. This includes thought leadership development and activation, paid media campaigns, management of EY's presence at major events, support in the development of brand messaging and creative asset toolkits, and the creation of case studies. You will excel in both brand and campaign activation, and will be adept at building trusted relationships within a network of BMC and Ripples stakeholders, identifying and realizing connections, and bringing people together to leverage support the effective deliver of the global BMC Ripples strategy.
Your key responsibilities
- Support the management of external campaigns, including paid media and content development, to position EY as a leading brand in the social impact space.
- Embed the EY Ripples brand positioning across the organization by supporting Regions and countries with localizing and activation the Global brand assets.
- Support the enablement of Regions to leverage and replicate global programs by developing and maintaining brand, marketing, and communications toolkits.
- Work closely with the Global EY Ripples Brand & Marketing Assistant Director, Ripples and Commercial & Innovation team to develop flagship thought leadership and support activation across external channels.
- Manage our external digital channels, including EY.com and video platforms, to present the best content from across EY and create a compelling user experience for our audience.
- Develop strong relationships with our agency partners to ensure they become brand guardians of our positioning, as well as with EY stakeholders key to delivery.
- Identify and foster opportunities to collaborate, align, and replicate global activities with others within the BMC network, including Industry, Service Lines, and Area.
- Contribute to the development of the annual brand, marketing, and communications plan to support the Global Brand strategy.
- Lead the development of quarterly impact reports which showcase brand and marketing achievements for EY Ripples and executive leadership.
- Oversee multiple processes key to executing programs, including EY’s independence, marketing and legal review processes, finance, and procurement.

Ideally, you’ll also have
- Hands- on experience in brand, marketing, communications, publishing, and channels.
- Experience managing or supporting complex global programs with proven and demonstrable results.
- Experience managing creative agencies and media partners.
- Experience working with a .com platform to update and maintain content.
- Experience working as part of diverse, global, virtual high-performing teams.
- Experience in content development and activation, including case study development.
- Proven ability to influence and build collaborative relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including global leadership.
- Professional services experience preferred.
