Tech PMO – Senior Consultant

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Tech Project Manager specializing in AI to lead and drive our technology initiatives. You will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams in the delivery of innovative AI solutions, leveraging your technical expertise in Data Science and Machine Learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management and Delivery:
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects focused on AI solutions. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting quality standards.
• AI Solution Development:
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of state-of-the-art AI solutions, including generative AI and NLP models. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business opportunities and define AI project goals.
• Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including Product Owners and senior leadership, to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. Facilitate discussions to gather requirements, manage expectations, and provide regular updates on project status.

General Responsibilities

• Team Leadership:
  • Manage and mentor cross-functional teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project execution. Promote a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
• Budget Management:
  • Oversee project budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources and adherence to financial constraints. Prepare financial reports and forecasts as needed.
• Documentation and Reporting:
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and lessons learned. Present project updates to stakeholders and leadership.

To Qualify for the Role You Must Have

Education:

Bachelors of Master’s degree in Computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

3-7 years of hands-on experience in Data Science and Machine Learning, with a focus on AI technologies such as NLP, generative AI, and ML Ops. Proven track record of delivering technology solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Technical Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI techniques.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and R, and frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Strong understanding of NLP techniques and frameworks such as BERT, GPT, or Transformer models.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and deploying AI solutions in a cloud environment.
• Expertise in data engineering, including data curation, cleaning, and preprocessing.

Communication Skills:

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.

Certifications:

Project Management certifications preferred. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and certifications (e.g., Scrum Master, SAFe) is a plus.

Skills Desired:

• Strong experience in managing technology projects, particularly in AI and DevOps domains.
• Deep understanding of DevOps principles and practices, including CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to foster collaboration and innovation within teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Knowledge of trusted AI practices, ensuring fairness, transparency, and accountability in AI models and systems.
• Track record of driving innovation and staying updated with the latest AI research and advancements.
