The opportunity
The Technology Delivery Manager serves as the Global ERM Program Leader’s primary technology partner, responsible for the Risk Advantage (RA) platform and the broader ERM data, reporting, and automation ecosystem. This role ensures that the ERM technology landscape is robust, scalable, and aligned with global ERM methodology and strategic direction. Working closely with Digital Risk, InfoSec, Tech Consulting, Risk Analytics, and GDS teams, the Technology Delivery Manager drives system enhancements, safeguards data integrity, and enables seamless Member Firm delivery worldwide.
This is a critical role in translating program requirements into high‑quality system capability, ensuring RA remains a reliable and strategic asset supporting enterprise-wide risk management.
Your key responsibilities
1. Own the ERM Technology Ecosystem
- Serve as Technology Custodian for the Risk Advantage (RA) platform and all connected ERM systems.
- Ensure the platform accurately reflects the Global ERM Framework and supports strategic program requirements.
- Act as the central liaison with Digital Risk, Tech Consulting, InfoSec, and Risk Analytics teams on all technical matters.
2. Translate Program Strategy into System Delivery
- Convert program needs into technical requirements, release plans, and enhancement roadmaps.
- Lead continuous improvement cycles to enhance RA functionality, stability, and user experience.
- Ensure changes are delivered securely, efficiently, and in alignment with global standards and risk expectations.
3. Safeguard Data Governance & Integrity
- Partner with the Program Delivery Manager to maintain strong data governance for risks, mitigations, KRIs, and Member Firm submissions.
- Maintain consistency and accuracy across the risk universe, mitigation library, and ERM taxonomies within RA.
- Oversee updates to risk owners, approvers, and key ERM stakeholder roles.
4. Ensure Accurate Reporting & Analytics
- Maintain and validate BPI reporting, dashboards, and RA‑based analytics.
- Produce bottom‑up risk reports, Member Firm summaries, and quarterly remediation progress reporting.
- Ensure reporting outputs meet leadership expectations for clarity, consistency, and decision‑readiness.
5. Lead End‑User Support & Network Enablement
- Deliver onboarding, training, and ongoing support to RA users across Regions and Member Firms.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for technical issues, ensuring escalations reach the Program Leader only when necessary.
- Manage user access, permissions, and technology security controls.
6. Drive Continuous Improvement & Innovation
- Lead UAT cycles, pilots, and structured feedback loops to strengthen platform performance.
- Integrate automation, workflow optimisation, and AI‑enabled solutions to enhance efficiency and user experience.
- Identify pain points from Member Firm feedback and propose solutions aligned with program objectives.
7. Coordinate Technical Delivery with Global ERM Stakeholders
- Ensure seamless coordination across technology, analytics, and risk teams supporting ERM delivery.
- Prepare technical status updates, risk logs, issue registers, and progress insights for leadership meetings.
- Support senior‑level discussions on system performance, data quality, and technology risks.
8. Supervise Technical Support & Operational Capacity
- Oversee the Business Analyst / Tech Support team to ensure high‑quality user support, data maintenance, and analytics delivery.
- Allocate work, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of technical tasks aligned to strategic priorities.
Skills and Attributes for Success
- 5–8 years of experience in Technology Delivery, Risk Systems, Data Governance, or similar technology‑aligned roles.
- Strong understanding of Enterprise Risk Management systems, technology platforms, or governance tools.
- Proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and deliver high‑quality system enhancements.
- Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and critical‑thinking skills, particularly in data‑driven environments.
- Experience working with cross‑functional technology teams such as InfoSec, Digital Risk, Data Analytics, or Consulting.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of PowerBI, workflow automation, and cloud‑based technologies is an advantage.
- Experience managing user access, security protocols, and compliance‑aligned system processes.
- Ability to lead user training, support cycles, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Proactive mindset with a high level of ownership and professional curiosity.
