The HR Talent Development Intern supports the talent development and HR function by researching, analyzing, and piloting people‑development practices that enhance training strategy, learning design, and internal capability‑building standards.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the induction process for new joiners.
- Assist the Learning & Development team in training project deliveries
- Manage the logistics of training programs (rooms, materials, attendance tracking, communication, etc.). Liaise with trainers, participants, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
- Handle study leave requests from employees. Process applications and coordinate submissions to the Ministry.
- Support the administration of our LMS (SuccessFactors): Upload, update, and maintain training sessions in the system.
- Act as a project manager on specific training events
- Ensure the administrative follow-up of the training sessions
Required Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in HR and talent Development.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Fluency in English and French. Additional languages such as German will be considered assets.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- A fast learner with strong adaptability who can quickly pick up new systems, tools, and processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Prior experience in HR, Talent Development, or customer service is a plus.
