Job Description: Business Transformation Consultant - Senior

Position Overview: As a Senior Business Transformation Consultant, you will support transformation efforts within our Technology Sector, focusing on the development and execution of strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Roadmapping and Operating Model Design: Assist in the creation of transformation roadmaps and operating models aligned with corporate strategy.
• Stakeholder and Governance Orchestration: Help align stakeholders and ensure effective governance throughout transformation projects.
• Capability and Maturity Assessment: Support assessments of process and technology maturity, identifying areas for improvement.
• Value Tree and Benefits Realization: Aid in the development of value trees and tracking of benefits realization against key performance indicators.
• Workshop Facilitation and Storytelling: Facilitate workshops and contribute to storytelling efforts that highlight business value.
• Regulatory, Quality, and Compliance Fluency: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards throughout transformation initiatives.
• Data, Digital, and AI Literacy: Engage with data and digital technologies to support transformation efforts.
• Product, Program, and Agile Delivery: Assist in managing agile delivery processes and product-centric portfolios.
• Change Management and Adoption: Contribute to change management strategies to promote adoption of new processes.
• Partner Ecosystem and Sourcing: Support the design of sourcing models and vendor selection processes.
• Pursuit Support: Assist in identifying new business opportunities and supporting proposal efforts.
• Account Management: Help maintain client relationships and identify further engagement opportunities.
• Engagement Delivery: Support the delivery of transformation engagements, ensuring quality and alignment with client expectations.

Qualifications:

• Relevant experience in business transformation consulting, particularly in the Technology Sector.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in teams.
• Excellent communication skills.
