EY’s AI Ready Data Strategy—led by Applied Innovation (Joe Depa) and the Global Data Office (CDO - Richard Clough)—is the foundation for this transformation. The Data Office drives applied innovation by redefining how data is discovered, managed, utilized, and scaled. A key enabler is the development of an enterprise data platform supported by robust governance, unlocking the full potential of EY’s data assets to fuel innovation and deliver next-level client service.

Position Summary:

• Drive end-to-end Academy operations including program design, execution, governance, and measurement.
• Lead global communities of practice, including Office Hours, data learning pathways, and capability uplift initiatives.
• Coordinate with Data Office, L&D teams, alliance partners, and vendors to scale knowledge sharing across 100+ countries.
• Develop standardized content frameworks, SharePoint knowledge hubs, and communication programs to disseminate learning enterprise-wide.

Essential Responsibilities of the Job:

• Deep expertise in Data products development, Responsible AI (90%+ compliance achievement), AI/ML lifecycle and Intelligent Automation.
• Hands-on experience managing 120+ data products serving 130+ countries.
• Expertise in Data Engineering, Metadata Management, Data Architecture, DaaS, Risk & Compliance.
• Strong ability to translate complex data concepts into structured training programs for diverse global audiences.

Analytical/Decision Making Responsibilities:

• Aligning multiple stakeholders with divergent needs
• Managing risks and associated controls
• Resolving any academy and related program challenges
• Sharepoint development and KPIs re-engineering

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

• Experience in designing global maturity models, capability frameworks, and operational blueprints.
• Advanced stakeholder management experience with C-Suite, regulatory teams, and analytics leaders.
• Managing multi-vendor ecosystems (vendor partners, technology partners).

Education And Experience

• Undergraduate degree, preferably in Engineering.
• Master’s in business administration is a plus.
• Expertise in Data Engineering, Metadata Management, Data Architecture, DaaS, Risk & Compliance.
• Years 12+
