A key part of the role is translating complex financial information into clear, decision‑relevant insights for senior stakeholders.

You will own regional budgeting, forecasting and growth and investment planning processes, and present financial performance, forecasts and variances in leadership forums, market reviews and executive reporting.

Key responsibilities

You will collaborate closely with country controllers and EY‑Parthenon leaders to validate pipeline and backlog, prepare revenue and MLO estimates, monitor contingent fees and support year‑end activities such as ETC reviews and WIP analysis. You will also help ensure strong cost transparency, compliance with global finance policies and continuous improvement of finance processes, tools and ways of working.

You bring strong analytical skills and proven experience in finance business partnering, with the ability to engage and challenge senior stakeholders constructively. You are structured, self‑driven and able to manage multiple priorities across geographies. A graduate degree and/or professional certification in finance or a related field is required, along with a minimum of five years of relevant experience.

What we offer

  • High‑impact regional role with senior leadership exposure
  • Strong development opportunities in a global organization
  • Competitive rewards and flexible hybrid working

We offer a collaborative and inclusive environment with clear career development opportunities, access to training programs and a competitive compensation and benefits package. Flexible hybrid working supports a healthy work‑life balance.
