Senior Consultant in Audit Department

Job Purpose:

• The main purpose of this role is to work with the team and clients at the highest level of quality and professionalism, in line with the engagement scope, contributing to business growth by developing and maintaining strong client relationships.

Requirements:
• Educational background in Finance, Economics, or Accounting — desirable but not mandatory
• ACCA/CPA certificates (completed or in progress)
• Excellent English (required); Russian – desirable
• 3–6 years of experience in auditing, accounting, and IFRS reporting
• Big4 experience in a similar area is an advantage

General Responsibilities:
• Preparation of accounting policies and procedures
• Development of methodologies, accounting manuals, and instructions
• Support in projects related to automation of accounting processes
• Preparation of IFRS reporting
